Since March 2020 blew all our socks off with change and challenges, practicing at home with the guide of an online class became more accessible and popular than ever.
To help you get the most out of your online class, I've put together this bank of tips, a short, simple meditation practice, an introduction to the breathwork (pranayama), a full body gentle yoga warm up, and an introduction to two of the foundational sequences the Sun Salute & Moon Salute. You can use these as an introduction or when you're short for time and need a short but potent practice.
